It is time to put a stop to Domestic Violence and each one of us has an effective weapon against it. With the Martial Arts we can address many of the victims needs, including a vital one: improving self-esteem. I want to make this a call to all of you. It's a wake up call. Ask yourself: What can I do? How can I help? No matter what your education or training is nor what your abilities are, you can help a domestic violence victim! I feel this is a great endorsement for the women that are stuck in a situation and in need of help.I know first hand about domestic violence and seen many people I love go through this. I wonder if somthing like this could have been presented to those that needed it before there outcome became different which in turn changed there entire life.
