As most know, there are many kung fu styles...I keep talking to people that have seen Kung Fu Panda and like the different animals styles. Whats funny is that you can actually learn to fight like that animal! Examples are mantis, tiger, etc.

Chinese martial arts claim as many as 1500 different styles so covering them all would be about impossible so we will cover the most popular ones.
